Summertime in Dove River

Young Charlie and Bo back when they were wee kiddies growing up in Dove River. Bo would be around 13 in this, Charlie is 11.
Charlie also hates getting his fur wet because it takes forever to dry, and when it does, it dries into a massive poof and he looks like a fluffy chick.
