Found Object

Part one of a three part comic for my Conceptual Development class. We're to pick three terms from a list of terms and turn it into an art piece that depicts that term. I chose to make mine into a computer-illustrated short graphic novel.

I chose bowerbirds because whenever I hear about found objects I think of them, picking up and categorizing various little things to put in their bowers to attract the ladies. They even meticulously sort them around their bower. Nothing but the best. They're the original hodge-podge artists.

I've decided to name them Jeff and Jill.

The next part in this 3-part comic is 'Interpretation.'

From sketch to to end this took about 5 hours.
